Personality: Once a timid little boy who was forced to follow his brother in schemes that would get them both into trouble, Veigue's experiences with the Ozwell family that took him away from his brother turned him into an arrogant, overly rational and extremely serious young man. Veigue was adopted after the death of his Parents, an event which led him to the belief that Claire was a bad influence on him. This led to Veigue resenting his Sister, and during their reunion he boasts that he has become stronger and more mature than Claire could ever have hoped to become. Veigue eventually opens up more to Claire, although they never quite restore the bond they had as children. Veigue himself is a cold, silent young man who is mostly unaware, not ignorant, of the problems around him, unless it is happening right in front of his face or involves Claire.

Animalistic Traits: Although it's Hidden Most the time, Veigue has a Tiger Tail that Hangs from his Backside. It's Blue in Color with the usual Black Stripes that are on a Tiger's Body.

Natural Abilities

Techinques:
Master Swordsmanship Specialist: In terms of fighting style, Veigue relies mainly on swordplay, and thus would be considered a swordsmanship specialist. Aside from his initial training with His Father, he is basically on a "learn as you go" training regimen thus his skill has developed by fighting rather than formal instruction, becoming even more capable with every fight. His overall skill has been shown capable of competing on equal grounds against Other sword masters. While usually performing right-handed, Veigue appears to be ambidextrous as he has shown proficient skill wielding his Sword in his left.

Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Physically, Veigue is in top form. Veigue has been trained in martial arts since he was a small child both professionally and by his father before he died. He has repeatedly shown great agility and coordination in his attacks. In addition to having powerful kicks and punches, Veigue has also shown proficiency in counterattacks, takedowns, and body locks.

Long Range Weapon Expert: He has Seven Kunai that has a chain attached to it. While with the chain he is highly proficient, Veigue Loves to Throw them at People for a Hidden Surprise. This gives him a more wild edge in combat.

Keen Intellect: Despite his somewhat cold attitude, Veigue has shown himself to be analytical, perceptive, and deductive. Aside from that, Veigue appears to be able to determine the pattern of his opponent's battle methods and correctly deduce a proper counter-strategy to defeat his opponent's attacks.

Ice Sliding Travel: Veigue has been seen Sliding on self-manifested Ice to get to Destinations that are in Far Away Areas. He moves at a swift rate and can continue to Slide for what seems like an Endless amount of time.

Magic:
Divine Saber (ディバインセイバー / ディヴァインセイバー; Dibainseibaa):
This spell creates a six-pointed glyph that has a Diameter of Ten Feet. It then calls forth lightning strikes at each corner Rapidly as they begin to converge upon the Center. As they Are about 5 inches away from the Center, Veigue summons a massive Icicle in the center of the pattern, Allowing the Lightning to Strike and Shatter the Ice in a Mid Sized Explosion.

Incantation: "O divine spear, run my enemy through Under the name of the lord, I beg the Light of Judgment to fall upon these impure souls! O violent strains that render demons to ashes"

Bloody Howling (ブラッディハウリング; Buraddihauringu):
This Spell Begins with Small blue flames forming an octagon-like glyph on the ground. Pinkish-red flames of dark energy erupt from the ground as it cries out an eerie moan. The Vortex of Flames Last about Fifteen Seconds before It Seemingly Dissipates back into the Void of Hell from Whence it Came.

Incantation: "O hellion whose roar chills the very soul, O gathering flames of darkness, treat our dear guests to the strains of your terrible song then Smile, o wavering darkness"

Prism Sword (プリズムソード; Purisumusoodo):
Upon activation, six crystals fall to the ground to surround the enemy, refracting light between each of the crystals and a seventh crystal in the sky. The Light being Refracted is about 4 times Brighter then Most LED Lights, Leaving the Enemy with the Chance of becoming Blind and Or Disoriented for about Three Posts. Veigue Himself Must Sheild his sight away from the spell or it shall affect him as well.

Incantation: "O sword of conviction, loose the might of your brilliant colours and Receive the judgment of the irridescent blade"

Sacred Weapon:
Celsius Calibur (セルシウス・キャリバー; Serushiusu Kyaribaa):
This is Veigue's Sacred Weapon of his Beast. It takes the appearance of a Large Ice Blue Broadsword with a Length of 78 Cms. This Blade looks Massive to many, But Veigue has the Gifted ability to Reduce it's Weight to nothing but a Normal katana- Although, It retains it's Size. The Hilt is black in color, while the Guard is a Simple pentagon shape. The Blade However, Has a jagged hook right at the Tip for special circumstances. His Weapon resides on his Back, and while it is there, It remains weightless.

Other Weapons: Veigue Carries About Seven Kunai blades around his Left leg. This Kunai Blades have Chains attached to the end of them with a Length of Six Feet.

Guardian Beast

Element: Veigue Lungberg's Element is the Frigid Powers of Black Ice. Most of his ice is at a Temperature of -273 Celisus; The Normal Tempurature of Space. Which makes Her the Strongest Ice Type Sacred Beast within the Suguira. He can activate his element with the Simple wave of the hand or a Snap of his fingers.

Guardian Beast's World:
Her World is Closely Reminsiant of Mt. Everest at the Highest Peak. There is a Leveled piece of Land within the Mountain itself that Celsius Resides in.

Sacred Unleashed

Joushou; ("Ascending"): His Appearance doesn't Change much except that his Tail is revealed from behind himself- Along with a Faint Fog Manifesting around him. **Note: This Fog is not the same as the Hyousoushuuraku Ability.

Zetsu Muhyousou (絶・霧氷装; "Slash Mist Ice Dress"):
When activated, Veigue concentrates his Force into a sheathe of ice around his blade, lending to each of his attacks the chance of freezing the enemy. This effect lasts for Five Posts. If Attacked, The Affected Body Part would be under the Influence of Zetsu Muhyousou for Two Posts.

Touga Shoureppa (凍牙衝裂破; "Frozen Fang Rush Split Break"):
Veigue slams his sword onto the ground twice, in which the second slam will cause icicles to arise Around the Enemy in an Area of Fifteen Feet trapping it within the formation- That Formation being a Hexagon. Afterwards, a large ice shard appears in the sky and launches itself at an angle into the enemy, shattering the ice and injuring the creature before permitting its release.

Hyousoushuuraku (氷爪襲落; "Ice Nail Attack Fall"):
This Technique Involves Veigue Planting his Right hand upon the ground as he Begins to Activate his Force; A Small ice Blue Shard is then placed into the ground. At this Moment, A Daunting Thick Fog begins to Manifest the Battle field for about Fifty Feet. Within this Fog, Both The Enemy and Veigue must use their Sense of Reiatsu Tracking to Target their Foe. This Fog lasts for about Five Posts.

Zetsu Shun'eijin (絶・瞬影迅; "Slash Blink Shadow Quick"):
This arte draws Veigue's Force of Ice around his body, greatly increasing his movement speed for the next Three Posts. Because of Ability takes a Signifacant amount of Reiatsu, Veigue cannot Access his Magic when under then influance of this Ability.

Zenou; ("Almighty"): Once again, His appearance doesn't Change Drastically. But, His eyes do change to that of a Tiger's. The color of them Stay the same.

Kasshinhyoukouha (活心氷鋼破; "Divide Shadow Ice Wave"):
This Attack involves Veigue Simply Jumping into the Air with a Front Flip before Desending towards the ground with his sword's Tip Downward. The Sword Seemingly gets Dissipated into the ground as it then Spawns Seven Streams of Black ice that are Jumping in and out of the ground like Dolphins. As They Converge Upon the enemy, They Fuse together in a Massive Stream that Then Jumps out and Lunges towards them. If Hit, It Creates a Mid-Sized Explosion of Ice. Veigue after the Attack, Reaches into the ground to Pull out his sword.

Rekkuuhyoujin (烈空氷刃; "Intense Empty Ice Blade"):
When this ability is used, Veigue Raises his Reiatsu into the Blade as he slashes with his sword rapidly Ten Times in all directions in front of himself, creating a rush of strikes with such speed that wind and Ice accompanies each slash to deal additional Energy Waves of Attacks towards the Enemy. This Ability can be used in Close Quarters as well as a Semi-Long Range attack.

Kyuu Kyou; ("Ultimate"): Upon the release of his Kyuu Kyou, Veigue's teeth begin to Turn into those of a Tiger. His Finger tails have Also Increased in Length to that of Claws Able to be Used for attacks.

New Ability within his Kyuu Kyou State:
Tenshou Kouhyouken (天翔光氷剣; "Heaven Soaring Light Ice Blade"):
This is Veigue's Ultimate Technique. It involves the background becoming a celestial wonder as a glyph appears below Veigue, erupting Ice energy. Veigue spins his sword and gives it a charge of white light/Black Ice. The glyph then begins sending a tornado of Ice upwards, in which Veigue directs the sword's light upwards. Once the cyclone vanishes, Veigue's sword is seen to be in two "parts", with the bottom part becoming pure light and the second half highly resembling a Frozen feather.

Veigue would then slam the blade down onto the opponents, dealing a single strike of massive damage. The light then spreads out to deal one more hit before finally vanishing afterwards.

Alter Form

Alter Appearance:

Alter Personality: Veigue's Alter Self is kind and warm-hearted and believes in righteous justice, but he can be hot-blooded and perverted at times. He is a slightly odd individual, easily recognized by his lazy, slang-ridden speech and overly friendly, nonchalant demeanor. He's talkative, and is prone to teasing and melodramatic complaining, which easily grates on the nerves of others. This sometimes subjects him to brutal reprimanding. He's also kind, hardly ever showing anger to anyone but his enemies, and he serves to try and maintain a lighthearted atmosphere in the group when things get tense. He does, however, display occasional perverted behavior, cracking jokes with innuendo and lightly flirting with the females of the group, as well as with several women they may come across on their journey. The behavior is usually not taken well by his peers. Oddly enough he avoids seriously involving himself with women and will gently turn them down if ever any interest beyond a casual attraction seems to be directed at him. He also complains about various things, his age being the most prominent, as he frequently claims that he is too old to be doing the things he does despite him not actually being very old.

Alter Powers: Nothing Really Changes from his Powers Expect They Are Reverted to a Red Color which is Quite Unusual.

Past & Roleplay Sample

Character Background:
It is not known who Veigue's parents really were, except that they are dead. When he was little, he was adopted by Marco Bennett of Sulz village and befriended his daughter Claire Bennett. Along with their pet Zapie, Veigue spent his childhood and teens in Sulz. As Huma and Gajuma (beastmen) coexisted in peace in Sulz, Veigue never has any problems about it.

However, it all changes when Veigue turns 17. In the Capital City of Balka, the Gajuma King Ladras Lindblum passes away, and at that point, a certain event of chaos erupts in which several Huma suddenly gain the ability known as Force, which was formerly exclusive to Gajuma only. Veigue is one such Huma that has his Force awakened. His Force runs wild and worries Claire. However, as she approaches Veigue, his Force attacks her, sealing her within an ice coffin. From that point on, guilt overcomes Veigue, and he spends his time guarding his house where Claire is frozen, accompanied by Zapie.

As a token of gratitude, Claire invites them all to eat at her house. While eating and discussing the current situation, the village is visited by two members of the Karegia's King's Shield lieutenants, Saleh and Tohma. They demand the most beautiful girl in the village to be surrendered to them under the order of Queen Agarte Lindblum, and Claire is selected as the 'most beautiful'. Veigue tries to stop them, but Tohma and Saleh kill him before he had the Chance.

Veigue now is within the suguria Dimension, But He feels Different. Like he has anothe r Limb of sorts. He turned around to find that he know had a Tail! It had stripes on it too...Weird. With everything new to him, Veigue tries to find some Purpose in this Strange, New World. With Claire gone, Veigue has No one to Protect...and Feels Empty. He walked around for Years and Years, not finding anything or Anyone that didn't want to Try and Kill him. Veigue had Another Idea's about that so He killed anyone that stood in his path. Veigue's Aimless Journey took him to a Snowy Mountain, He heard someone Say his Name over and Over. "Veigue...Veigue...". Walking into the Mountain with Piqued Curiousity, Veigue decides to look for who ever knew his name. He ventures to the depths of the Mountain to Find a Young Girl, Sitting on a Throne of Black Ice. She said softly.

"I've been waiting for you"

Veigue completely Verklempt at the situation then Askes her what she was. He reveals that she is a Guardian Spirit and She is Choosing Veigue to Wield her. Thinking he didn't have much to lose, He Agreed and Since then, They were Inseperatable.
