im going to say no since Kohaku is leader of Zero division thus making no sense for another org leader to be a captain in the Gotei.

I'm sorry Raiki, but I'm going to overrule you on this one. I understand your argument, but

a) Kohaku is able to limit himself to a normal Captain's strength.
b) Zero Division doesn't exclusively protect the Royal Family.
c) There is logical plot reasoning in Kohaku becoming a Captain.
d) Dai does keep an eye on the Captains, but a second pair of eyes makes life easier.
e) Before you say ANYTHING, it was given the go-ahead by Silim and Kendall.

So Kohaku has been approved for the Captain's spot. Please talk to the admins if you have any more queries.

Im sorry while my laptop was being restored and thus me losing all data,

I thought A we where all going to have a staff meeting before we all settle this, because I thought we tried to keep balance whiten all the orgs having at lest some form of fairness and balance having 12-13 captain level people and one CC level as a CAPTAIN, this can be my problem here

A lot of people can hide there reaitsu so what, lowering it down to a captain wont mean he still has a edge, if Dai needs a second pair of eyes into that what the Onmitsukidō for having them gather info from the shadows, thus faster reports.

and here why i like balance

if there was a all out battle between the espada and the CC and Kohaku acting like a captain, you two alone would be enough to take on half the site let alone the espada, adding the fact that only heroism and zefonse the King of hollows who donst count as a espada but controls them thou Zefonse because of there respect

And I talken to Kendall he states it makes as much since as Misaiko being a solider in her own army.

But if you need to have eyes on your captain ask kenshin to make a new char that can report to Kokahu, no need for another org leader to be a captain

And since it seems i can overrule this overrule do me not beign able to be in this so called meeting

I would like to overule, because honestly. the idea makes no sense, and raiki makes some points, now while it doesn't really affect me, it's not really one of the great ideas. Kohaku becoming a captain, is the equivalent of Misaiko becoming a high ranking soldier in her army or a general, it makes about as much sense as eriko becoming important.

Though, while i'm neutral on this, i say a meeting should be held. That is all.

I would like to retract my reservation for Captain of Squad 6, because:

It might take me a while to actually finish the app, if I even finish it
I might modify the app and not even want him to be a Captain
I'm not going to be actively RPing until I get my laptop, which might well take all summer

I'll give others the chance to grab the spot until I actually become active.
